1. Full Refund
- Within 3 Days of Enrolment:
- Students are eligible for a full refund if they withdraw from the course within 3 days of enrolment.
- The request for a refund must be submitted in writing via email to caamslearningapp@gmail.com within this period.
2. Partial Refund
- 3-7 Days of Enrolment:
- Students who withdraw between 3 to 7 days after enrolment are eligible for a 50% refund.
- The request must be submitted in writing via email to caamslearningapp@gmail.com.
3. No Refund
- After 7 Days of Enrolment:
- No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the date of enrolment.
- Students may be eligible for course credit or a transfer to another course at the discretion of Caam Tutelage Pvt Ltd.
4. Special Circumstances
- Medical Emergencies:
- Refunds for medical emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation such as a doctor's note may be required.
- Course Cancellations:
- If Caam Tutelage Pvt Ltd cancels a course, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another batch without any additional fee.
5. Processing Time
- Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
6. Non-Refundable Fees
- Registration fees, material fees, and any other specified non-refundable charges are not subject to refund.
