1. Full Refund

• Within 3 Days of Enrolment:
• Students are eligible for a full refund if they withdraw from the course within 3 days of enrolment.

2. Partial Refund

• 3-7 Days of Enrolment:
• Students who withdraw between 3 to 7 days after enrolment are eligible for a 50% refund.
• The request must be submitted in writing via email to caamslearningapp@gmail.com.

3. No Refund

• After 7 Days of Enrolment:
• No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the date of enrolment.
• Students may be eligible for course credit or a transfer to another course at the discretion of Caam Tutelage Pvt Ltd.

4. Special Circumstances

• Medical Emergencies:
• Refunds for medical emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation such as a doctor's note may be required.
• Course Cancellations:
• If Caam Tutelage Pvt Ltd cancels a course, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another batch without any additional fee.

5. Processing Time

• Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

• Registration fees, material fees, and any other specified non-refundable charges are not subject to refund.
